What’s new?

It’s been a very unusually mild winter we are at the end of January 2017 and there’s no snow and I have my windows open.  Not that I’m complaining, but it’s just so weird.

Anyway, my holidays were so fun and very low key.  I really thought about all the toys I’ve swept up off the floor over the 2016 year, so I decided to try to tone it down this year.  What I found was that my boys still had fun despite not being spoiled with all kinds of toys that they lose interest in after 3 days.  We celebrated with my whole family, including my Mom and Dad who were visiting from the Philippines.  The whole holiday included food, fun and karaoke.

When I entered the year of 2017, I did a lot of thinking of what I want to do. All my projects and hard work is starting to pay off.  I’ve been hosting my own radio show and supporting indie artists it has been quite the journey and things that I wished for are coming true.

My major projects include taking a course, running my businesses and planning a huge event.  I’m so excited to share more of my journey too.

I will be posting more often and uploading videos, with all the things on my plate, making videos and live streaming is my creative escape lol.  I love entertaining and making people laugh, it makes me happy.  I’ve bonded with a lot of people online and although it is not for everyone, it suits me just fine.

It’s such a refreshing feeling to know that I am on the right track.  I feel very rejuvenated and ready to take on 2017 full force.

Currently, I am practicing self discipline and remaining focused.  I just have to be a little less impatient, that’s one of my major tasks I promised myself for 2017.

I’ll share more soon!

I hope 2017 is treating you all great so far this year and may all your New Year wishes come true.

Until next time…

An interesting start

IMG_8531It’s 2015 and with it came the cold weather front complete with blizzards and my favourite… cancelling of school buses.  Being Canadian, I know that a green Christmas equals Jack Frost following quickly behind dusting my corner of the world with frozen water everywhere.  It doesn’t mean I hate the winter or the snow, it’s just that it creates so much work.  For example, if you don’t shovel your walkways, the mail won’t be delivered; you buy a nice pair of boots, but if you don’t clean them off, they will be eaten by the street salt and sand; the floors in every public place you go to is sopping with water and dirt.. to name a few.

What I do love about winter is when the winds are calm and great big fat snowflakes lightly float from the sky.  Currently, we’ve received a huge drop of winter and everything is so white you don’t know where the roads and sidewalks end and begin.

There is no shortage of people coming by offering to shovel my driveway which is always a great thing.  Fortunately, my boys enjoy shovelling as they kick snow at each other.  😀

Yes, I am slightly hibernating, sipping my coffee, watching The Office episodes while doing some crafts.  I guess I shouldn’t complain too much about my life right now lol.

I hope everyone is having a great 2015 start!

Much love to you all and be safe out there in the tundra!

Wondering wandering wishing and waiting

Who would have thought it would all happen so quickly and so smoothly.  As the New Year of 2014 approaches…2013 suddenly disappears into thin air.  My heart feels ready, my soul feels confident and my mind feels sure.  I feel at peace letting go of a lot of patterned behaviours and loving someone through their issues.  In the end, I’m just worn out and I only have this last shred of strength left.  The more I follow what I’m believing in, the better I’ve been feeling.

I haven’t just been running around in circles, I have been setting my base and making it secure.  Deciding where to begin feels so much better than feeling lost.

I am grateful to have found my voice and I wish everyone peace of mind and restful sleep.

 Until the New Year…Cheers!
